Experience the essence of Washington’s wild beauty and independent spirit on this journey to Snoqualmie Falls and Woodinville Wine Country. Start your day at Snoqualmie Falls where you’ll watch the powerful waters plunge 268 ft. into the river canyon below. The waterfall is nestled in the evergreen forests of the Cascade Mountains, which cut across the state and divide the lush coastal climates of the West from the dry, vineyard-rich regions of the East. Your guide will use these evocative settings to tell stories of Snoqualmie tribe members who lived off these lands and settlers who fought to tame the wild environment with agriculture and logging.
After exploring the Falls, you’ll travel northwest to Woodinville Wine Country for a gourmet picnic lunch and wine tastings at three wineries that deliver on elegance but leave pretense at the door. Learn to sip like a sommelier with a fun lesson on wine tasting techniques and the flavor profiles of different varietals. Meet passionate wine makers and hear the processes used to craft the wine in your glass. Experience Woodinville’s tight-knit community and taste award-winning wines that are rarely found outside of the state. Washington is the second biggest wine-producer in the country but exports only 1% of its wine!

Small Group Day Tours
- More than 48 hours prior to your tour start time: You will receive a 100% refund. Date transfer requests are complimentary but subject to availability.*
- Within 48 hours of your tour start time: If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour departure, no refund will be given unless you purchased Trip Cancellation Protection with your reservation. Date transfers are accepted based on availability and subject to a $25 per person transfer fee.*
Private Day Tours
- More than 14 days prior to your tour start time: Cancellation requests more than 14 days ahead of your tour will receive 100% refund. Date transfers are complimentary but subject to availability.*
- Between 14 days – 48 hours prior to your tour start time: Cancellation requests within this window will receive a 50% refund. Date transfer requests are accepted based on availability and subject to a 10% transfer fee.*
- Less than 48 hours prior to your tour start time: Cancellation requests within this window will not receive any refund. Date transfer requests are accepted based on availability and subject to a 10% transfer fee.*
Multi-Day Group Tours
- More than 75 days prior to your tour start date: Cancellation requests made with more than 75 days notice will receive a 100% refund. Date transfers are complimentary but subject to availability.
- Between 75 days and 31 days prior to your tour start date: Cancellation requests made with 75 to 31 days notice will receive a 50% refund. Date transfers are accepted based on availability and subject to a 25% transfer fee to cover non-refundable lodging expenses.
- 30 days or less before your tour start date: Cancellation requests made 30 days or closer to the travel date will not receive any refund. Date transfer requests cannot be accepted within 30 days prior to the tour.
Multi-day Private Tours
- More than 75 days prior to your tour start date: Cancellation requests made with more than 75 days notice are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The remaining 90% of the tour cost are fully refundable less any non-refundable fees incurred by Evergreen Escapes for lodging or activity reservations made on your behalf.
- Between 75 days and 31 days prior to your tour start date: Cancellation requests made with 75 to 31 days notice will receive a 50% refund less any non-refundable lodging or activity reservations made on your behalf.
- 30 days or less before your tour start date: Cancellation requests made 30 days or closer to the travel date will not receive any refund.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your investment in this tour and all of your travel related expenses. Life can be unpredictable and most of the reasons we hear for why a traveler may need to cancel within a few weeks of their trip are entirely out of their control. Evergreen Escapes cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy for any reason including injury or illness of the traveler, travel delays or cancelled flights, death in the family, weather related cancellations, work obligations, traveler change of mind or any other reason that could prevent you from joining your scheduled trip.
If you are concerned about the risk of cancelling your tour within the non-refundable window of time, Trip Cancellation or Interruption Insurance (which differs from medical travel insurance) can help protect some or all of your financial investment. Most travel insurance companies require you to purchase your policy within 14 days of booking your trip so we recommend finding a policy to fit your needs immediately after reserving your seat. Make sure to confirm with the company that your policy covers last minute trip cancellations and how much you can be reimbursed for, so there are no surprises in case the unfortunate happens.
*Travelers who purchased Trip Cancellation Protection for their small group or private day tour follow the extended cancellation policy included in their booking notes. Trip Cancellation Protection is only available for reservations made directly with Evergreen Escapes and must be purchased within 24 hours of booking your reservation to be eligible, unless your tour reservation is made within the non-refundable cancellation window, in which case you cannot add Trip Cancellation Protection after checkout.
