Restrictions: All participants must be in good health and must be able to swim in open water. You may not participate if any known medical conditions exist (heart issues, neck or back pain, asthma.)
Liability waiver must be completed
Disclaimers: There is a 24hr cancellation policy, if you cancel 24hrs ahead of your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the 24hr mark a full credit will be given to use at a later date.
No refunds for early return of equipment

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
