Pam Neil - Sundays & Mondays
Meet Pam! :) (photo #3) Pam Neil is the founder of Aloha Breathwork where she shares the importance of changing how we breathe to assist us in our inner and outer world by providing breathwork classes, coaching and private sessions for reducing stress, anxiety, sleep issues and also for increasing focus and physical and mental performance.
She works with 12 Crystal Singing Bowls she calls her Bowl Mates and enjoys providing Sound Baths in groups and private sessions, in Yoga classes, or on the beach.
She has been living on the Big Island since 2018 and has had a weekly Breath and Bowls Sound Bath since 2020 where she shares breathing meditations and the beautiful crystalline sounds of the bowls - two powerful modalities – for an experience that transcends ordinary healing/breathwork sessions.
Her desire to help facilitate people who are searching for something different to create a more peaceful, balanced, and easy life filled with love and joy, one breath at a time.
Pam is a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor, Certified Conscious Breathwork Facilitator, has a Polyvagal-Informed Certificate for Wellness & Performance Coaching, Life Transformed Certified Coach and Sound and Energy Healer.

Can I explore the Sanctuary on my own or do I need a guide?
- We offer guided tours only through the Sanctuary and therefore do not allow anyone to explore the Sanctuary on their own. For safety purposes as well as it creates a much better experience when you learn the story of this privately stewarded land from your tour guide!
When are your Sound Baths?
- We offer Sound Baths multiple days of the week. Check our Sound Bath schedule for the most up to date availability.
What do I need to bring for the Sound Bath?
- We provide cushions and blankets. Please feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket as well! We also encourage an eye mask, a journal to reflect on your experience post sound bath journey, crystals, and anything else you’d like to wear to stay warm and comfortable.
When should I arrive for the Sound Bath?
- We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the Sound Bath begins. The Sound Bath will begin on time, so it’s important that you arrive early so that you are ready to begin at the start time.
Do you have a bathroom?
- Yes, we have a bathroom for use.
Do you have drinking water and food available?
- We do have water, drinks and snacks available for purchase.
Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes! You can purchase a gift card on our website. When you click the “Book Now” button at the top of the page, at the bottom of the experiences listed, you will see the option to purchase a gift card.
Where are you located?
- We are located 15 minutes up the mountain from the Kailua-Kona Airport and 20 minutes from Kailua-Kona town.
Do you offer private Sound Baths, tours or school group experiences?
- Yes we do! A private Sound Bath is perfect for an anniversary, honey moon, celebration or private group experience.

What to Expect
A mat and blanket will be provided for you to lay on. You are welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, meditation chair and/or meditation pillow if you prefer using your own. We also invite you to bring an eye-mask, socks, a journal and any crystals if you have them. What ever will help you feel cozy and comfortable while you bask in the vibrations.
The cloud forest is usually 10-15 degrees cooler than down by the coast, so dress accordingly. We do not have many mosquitos, however, if you are prone to mosquitos we recommend wearing long sleeves and pants. It might be raining at the time of your sound bath, but you will be under the cover of a lovely temple that will keep you nice, dry and comfortable. We have a restroom available before and after the sound bath.
Where to Park (73-1885 Hao St)
Continue driving on Hao Street approximately 100 yards past the Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary sign to the driveway with a black mailbox with the address 73-1885 . Please park on the left side of the road and walk up the paved driveway to the Cloud Forest HālauTemple where your sound bath will take place. There will be a closed gate to prevent vehicles from driving up and disturbing the meditation. Walk around the right side of the gate through the side walking path. Stay on the left side of the driveway and you may walk up the path on the left side of the garden to the hālau (temple).
If you are not at 73-1885, you are at the wrong location!
Please note: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Sanctuary premises, including the road side parking area. Thank you for respecting our smoke-free environment.
Arrival
Our sound baths start on time. Please arrive early for your sound bath. You are welcome to walk up the driveway (73-1885) to theTemple as early as 15 minutes before the meditation starts to settle into the space. There is no need to arrive earlier than 15 minutes, and if you are early you may please wait on the road side.

Cancellation Policy
KCFS Cancellation Policy - Public Experiences
Intention: to address the limited capacity and high demand of our experiences, this policy aims to provide all customers an equal opportunity to visit the Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary when desired.
48 hour cancellation policy:
- Customers may receive a full refund, credit, or rebooking up to 48 hours before your reservation time.
- All bookings are considered final within 48 hours of your reservation start time.
- 50% rebooking fee will be applied to rebookings within 48 hours.
- No refunds or credits will be issued within 48 hours (without Trip Protection).
Trip Protection OPTION:
- Trip Protection may be purchased at checkout for maximum flexibility and peace of mind, and allows for last minute cancellations up to 2 hours prior to reservation time for a full refund, rebooking, or credit.
- Requests must be made by email or phone.
- No refunds, rebooking, or credit will be issued for cancellations within 2 hours of reservation start time, late arrivals, or no shows.
No refunds will be issued due to weather unless operations are cancelled by the operator. All customers must understand that this is a cloud forest and rain should be expected and prepared for. Additionally, Operator cannot guarantee any weather conditions.
Operator reserves the right to cancel any experiences at any time. In the case of Operator cancellation, customers will have the opportunity to rebook their experience or receive a full refund or credit. This may be due to, but not limited to safety, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
