• ALL guests must arrive 30 minutes to your scheduled tour time. PLEASE GO TO OUR BOX OFFICE TO CHECK-IN AND COLLECT YOUR BOARDING TICKETS BEFORE STANDING IN LINE BY THE BOAT. (tickets are NOT refundable)
• ALL passengers over 18 years old must sign their own waiver before arriving to the office for check in. Refer to your confirmation email for the waivers (If you have any minors under 18, you must sign for them)
• Our office is located just a few steps away from our boat- 1661 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. If you are not here on time,(30 minutes before tour time) your seats will be moved to our next available tour based up availability. CARD HOLDERS must be the one to check in & present any government issued ID upon arrival.
• NO BATHROOMS AVAILABLE (make sure to use facilities beforehand)
• Parking garage is located one block away on 16th Street & Collins Avenue (across The Loews Hotel) $2-$3 an hr or Lincoln Rd Parking garage a couple blocks away.
• Please keep in mind that our seats are on a first come, first serve seating basis so arrive on time.
• Go City pass customers: if you are a "NO SHOW" your passes will be automatically scanned and you will be charged in FULL admission price per person.

If you would like to exchange your tickets for a future day/time, WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOUR NOTICE FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE/TIME RESERVED TO DO SO.
NO REFUNDS, ALL EXCHANGES ARE BASED UPON AVAILABILITY.
GO CITY CUSTOMERS IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW, NO CALL 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR TOUR TIME YOUR PASSES WILL BE SCANNED AUTOMATICALLY AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS
