What to Expect
- Students should bring their phone to receive photos and videos!
- Ladies can bring leggings.
- We have water shoes.
- We have life jackets.
- Personal items can be left in our car.
- If group surfing is reserved, non-swimmers or young children may have to surf separately or 1 at a time, Or private or semi-private surfing lessons must be reserved!
- Students arriving late will have to call and make arrangements for different start times!
- Free photos and videos and videos and drone footage weather permitting!
Students of any age who have physical or mental health issues must have approval( by the owner of Hawaii Surfing Academy- jimmy) to attend surfing lessons and in some cases may be denied due to safety reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit on cancellations before 48 hours according to our Cancellation Policy. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Rebooking must be done prior to 24 hours before the booking takes place and is only allowable one time. After one rebooking, there will be no refunds offered. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Customers who arrive 30 minutes late will be considered a "no-show" and not eligible for a refund unless the communication was established prior to being late.
