Check in Details: - Check in time is 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Please do not be late. Refunds will not be issued if you are late or miss the tour. - All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to participate and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled.

- We do not recommend participation with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.
- Participants that are pregnant are not permitted on this tour. Congratulations though!

Important Information
- Dress comfortably for this adventure. A change of clothes, ponchos and towels are recommended if it has been raining.
- Face masks, gaiters, scarves or any mask that covers both your nose and mouth are recommended on this tour due to dust/dirt and or mud.
We reserve the right to remove participants from the tour if they are not following the guidelines set forth by the guides or are creating a danger to themselves, others or the vehicles. No refunds will be given.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.

No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.

Guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.

Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of hazardous weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue a refund.

We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection when booking.

Trip Protection allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable taxes or fees.
