Experience the heart of Seattle’s tech center through the lens of a culinary walking tour. Over the last decade, this historical neighborhood has become home to the expansive Amazon and Google campuses—and, consequently, a vibrant street food scene that beckons both tech denizens and Seattleites who crave some of the city’s best noshes—from hand-rolled sourdough bagels at Rubinstein to Korean-Hawaiian fusion Marination to Middle Eastern mezze at Mamnoon Street. Eat Seattle stops at six different locations in South Lake Union for tastings and stories behind the distinctive local businesses—with the opportunity to explore the outside of the famous Amazon Spheres. Bring your appetites and walking shoes (no coding required!).

- The best parking is in the Doppler Garage. The entrance is located on the 2000 block on 6th Ave. After parking, you can follow signs to 6th Ave (not 7th) and make your way to Maiz Molino which is a 5 minute walk North. It is on 6th and between Battery St and Bell St.

A: Yes, kids may join the tours. We leave it up to the parents to make the judgement as to whether or not this it is an activity they would enjoy. Learning and tasting is for everyone!
Q: Can I pay in cash?
A: All tours must be booked through the eatseattletours.com website.
Q: What if i'm vegetarian?
A: Eat Seattle can accommodate vegetarians but we cannot make substitutions for other dietary restrictions. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your tour if you will need vegetarian substitutions.

Please arrive 10 minutes before start time. Your guide will meet you outside of Maiz Molino restaurant located at 2325 6th Ave.
The best parking is in the Doppler Garage. The entrance is located on the 2000 block on 6th Ave. After parking, you can follow signs to 6th Ave (not 7th) and make your way to Maiz Molino which is a 5 minute walk North. It is on 6th Ave and between Battery St and Bell St.
Note that Fridays can get full in this garage. The Nitro parking lot is another option located at 2250 7th Ave.
This tour does require a medium physical fitness level as there is a fair amount of walking.

- Cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) or more in advance of the reservation start time will be eligible to receive an in-store Gift Card with 100% of the booking value.
- You can also reschedule directly from your confirmation email, up to 48 hours before the reservation start time.
- We now offer the option to add trip protection for just $5 per person. This gives you the flexibility to cancel for a full refund (minus protection & processing fees) up to one hour before your tour begins. With trip protection, you can book with confidence, knowing that unforeseen circumstances won't disrupt your plans.
As it often rains in Seattle, we keep all tours operating regardless of the weather. Fortunately, a good deal of the tour is covered!
