- Cancellations made more than 78 hours before the tour: No payment is required, and if payment has already been made, you will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 78 hours before the tour: You will be charged 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Happy Hour Madeira: If we must cancel due to force majeure (such as bad weather, sea conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be contacted immediately and offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refunds are processed via your booking agent. For direct bookings, refunds will be issued by bank transfer. Please provide your IBAN if required.
