The whole boat is yours! Experience golden hour on the water with your loved ones as the setting sun sweeps across Maui's mountains and lights up the sky.
Then watch the moon rise and the stars come out as you enjoy tasty appetizers. If you like, bring a bottle of wine or champagne. Make it a romantic evening, or an evening with friends you’ll always remember.
Remember to bring your camera! Every tour is different. Your experienced captain will customize each tour to give you the best memories for you and your friends and family.
Whale Watches: Dec 15-April 15
During whale season, book this charter to upgrade your late afternoon whale watch to include appetizers and make it truly an experience to remember. Listen to the whalesong through our hydrophone as you enjoy your appetizers. Watch humpback whales breach as the sun sets!

Congratulations!
We are so excited to take you out on Paikea for a Sunset Cruise Private Charter! Check in is 15 minutes prior to departure at Slip 14 at Māʻalaea Harbor. Look for the orange and dark blue hard-bottom inflatable in one of the first slips on the ocean-side of the harbor. There is generally parking near our boat, as well as a machine for the harbor parking fee ($1/hr).
What To Expect:
Things to bring: You may want a windbreaker for when the sun goes down.
Also, sometimes our passengers get wet from sea spray. We’ll place you in the most comfortable seat for your preference. We also provide dry bags for your belongings, as well as a jacket to keep you comfortable. Larger items are best left ashore.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You can receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your trip's check-in time.
- 72+ hours before check-in: Full refund.
- 48-72 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before check-in: No refund.
Illness or Medical Emergency
Exceptions to our standard policy will be made for verifiable medical emergencies. To receive a full refund, a doctor's note is required.
Captain's Discretion
Maui Pacific Divers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours at any time due to weather, sea conditions, or capacity. In the event we cancel your trip, you will be offered the option to reschedule or a full refund. In some cases the captain may opt for dive sites other than those booked because of the day's conditions. In such situations, you will be offered a refund or credit ammounting to the difference between the two trips.
If the captain determines that conditions are safe for boating and diving but you choose to cancel, no refund will be provided. We will attempt to reschedule your charter, but availability is not guaranteed.
Rescheduling Fee
A 15% fee may be charged for rescheduling a private charter at the passenger's request with less than 48 hours' notice.
Charters Booked by the Seat
For charters booked by the seat, a minimum of three passengers are required for the trip to run.
