Free parking is available at our retail shop in Ilima Court Shopping Center. The address is 75-5629 Kuakini Highway, Kailua Kona, HI 96740. It's about a 5-7 minute walk down to the pier. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.
Boat Information:
- This tour takes place on the Kona Explorer, our 41 ft. Super Raft.
- Please note that our vessel is a SMOKE FREE vessel.
- Our boat requires you to be physically agile and able to navigate the boarding process with ease, this is to ensure the safety of all passengers and crew on board.
- If you have concerns about your ability to board the boat, we encourage you to speak with one of our crew members who will be happy to assist you in finding the best solution.

Due to extreme exposure to Fun & Excitement, we unfortunately cannot welcome children five years and younger, or pregnant woman on this tour.
Cancellation Policy
Parties of nine or less will receive full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Parties of ten to 19 require 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. Parties of 20 or more require seven days notice of cancellation for a full refund. Full refunds will be given in case of operator cancellation.
Refunds are not issued for late arrivals.
