Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice required to change lesson date/time or be eligible for a full refund.

Participants who cannot take part in lesson due to inability to swim or any other factor (included but not limited to pregnancy and/or intoxication) that our instructors deem as unsafe are not eligible for a refund.

Lessons that are ended early due to sea sickness, extreme fatigue, or any other factor that our instructors deem necessary to end the lesson will not be eligible for a refund.

Lessons will proceed as scheduled rain or shine. We do not go out in unsafe conditions. Unsafe conditions are determined by Gone Surfing Hawaii and are 100% refundable.
