Pick-Up Information
Our team will be in touch to confirm your pick-up location. Pick-up will be at 8:00 am but can be adjusted to your preference. You will be picked up at your place of lodging. There is no age limit on this tour, but those who will be traveling with children in car seats must provide their own.

Cancellation Policy
- If selecting the deposit option, remaining balance will be due 72 hours before scheduled departure.
- Customers will receive a full refund if canceled before 72 hours of scheduled departure.
- Canceling within the 72 hour period and “no-shows” will be charged the full amount of the tour.
- Canceling outside 72 hours gives Big Island Backroad Adventures LLC adequate time to fill the cancelation.
- Cruise ship guests will receive a full refund if their boat does not make it to port on the scheduled tour day.
