On the day of your tour please meet us in the front lobby of your hotel and arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time, allowing a 15-minute window for your guide to arrive.

Once hotel pickups are complete, the tour departs from San Francisco at 9:00 am.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit for cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance of tour date. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
