Rainy Day Plan: We're flexible and ready to adapt to weather changes to ensure your celebration is flawless. If rain is predicted within 24 hours of your event, we'll work with you to find the best alternative date or venue.
Marriage License Info: No need to be a Florida resident to marry in Key West. The state's 3-day waiting period for residents doesn't apply to non-residents.

Cancellation Policy:
All payments are non-refundable. Customers can receive a full credit to reschedule their event within 365 days. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.
We offer backup plans for most small events (under 10 persons). Perishable items, such as bouquets, are non-refundable.
Contact us by phone or text at 305-922-2222 to inquire about cancellations. No-shows (customers arriving 15 minutes or more late) are non-refundable and no future credit will be offered.
Due to the planning and preparation required for weddings and specialized events, event dates can be changed if requested more than 30 days in advance, provided the new date does not conflict with other scheduled events. For changes within 30 days, please inquire about availability.
