To make picking up your rental quick and easy, please be sure to complete the waiver prior to arrival. Once here, your rental will be set up and ready for pickup in the Bike Shop, located on the first floor of the Main Lodge. The shop opens 15 minutes before the first chair.
Cancellation Policy
Bike Rental Cancellation Policy
If You Have to Cancel:
- Cancellations made up to 1pm the day prior to your visit will be rebookable to another day or a refund will be issued minus a 5% cancellation fee and the processing fee.
- Cancellations made after 1pm the day prior to your visit will be issued a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made after your scheduled rental time will be non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made by phone by calling 413-339-6618. If Thunder Mountain Bike Park closes due to weather related concerns or for any other reason, you will be offered the chance to reschedule your reservation to another day or receive a refund. This will be pro-rated based on hours of operation.
