In the event that we have only 2-3 participants on your tour date, we will use a 4-seater buggy for the transfer to Treetop Adventure Park instead of a Jeep. The Jeep will only be used if there are 4 or more participants for the tour on that day.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee applies).
Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours): No refund.
We also provide a full refund in the event of operator cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please contact us by phone (758-727-9834) or email (palmservices.reservations@gmail.com). No-shows will be charged the full price.
