Note that 4-7 days prior the tour: full refund, 48-72 hours prior the tour: 50% refund, 24-47 hours prior the tour: no refund. If you do not show up to the pick up time and the bus leaves your hotel, you will be conceded with 1 free reschedule. No refund available. If you miss the reschedule pick up, your booking will be lost.
We operate rain or shine, except in the case of extreme weather events like hurricanes. We will offer you a reschedule or full refund in this case.
