Your Try Scuba Diving experience is just the beginning of a lifetime of adventure. Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater, and swim through kelp forests with sea life? Then the Try Scuba Diving experience is for you. You can try scuba diving while you’re on Catalina Island at Avalon City Underwater Dive Park. While this experience is not a scuba certification course, it is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. The entire experience is 2 hours long. It consists of a knowledge development segment, confined open water segments, and open water dive. All segments of the experience are conducted at the Avalon City Underwater Dive Park. Dive time varies based on the individual. To sign up for your Try Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 12 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health. Are you ready to try it out? Please arrive at the Casino Point Dive Park located @ 1 Casino way, 15 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time. Your instructor will meet you on the water side of the Casino Building. Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will be able to keep their credit to reschedule within 1 year of original booking. After the 72 hour period, all sales become final. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. If you arrive 10 minutes after the availability start time you are considered a No-show.
