About the Boat:
Our 32ft high-speed inflatable Zodiac boat ensures a thrilling and intimate experience, with only 6 passengers per tour. Please note that there is no toilet on board.
Location:
We are conveniently located at Kewalo Basin Harbor in Honolulu. The meeting point is at the GATE OF PIER C. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time to allow for parking and locating PIER C. Check-in for the tour begins 10 minutes prior to the tour time. The boat will depart promptly at the scheduled departure time.

There is Parking at the harbor that is Pay-to-park it is $2 per hour.

-Please Note:
If you have a beard or mustache please shave prior to tour. It may be difficult for the mask to seal onto your face. As an alternative option to shaving we do have Vaseline on board that can help seal the mask but the mask may leak water depending on the thickness of the beard/facial hair
If you wear glasses please wear contacts or bring your own prescription goggles. We do not have prescription goggles on board (Snorkel Bobs in Waikiki has prescription goggles for rent)

Where to Meet:
- Kewalo Basin Harbor PIER C
- Please meet at the GATE of PIER C. Check-in is 10 minutes prior to tour. Someone will be there to check you in for Captain Max Boat Tours. If no-one is there exactly 10 minutes before tour please wait a few minutes and they should be there shortly.

Parking:
- There is a Pay-to-Park lot at the harbor. It is $2 per hour. Please give yourself enough time prior to tour to find parking and to find Pier C
gate for check in. (We say 30min- one hour to avoid late arrivals due to not being able to find parking) - Please refer to Photo Below and Park in lot.
Departure Time/Late Arrivals
- Out of respect to our guests we attempt to leave on time for every trip. If you are running late and do not arrive at the boat prior to the start of the passenger safety briefing your ticket will be forfeited. Refunds cannot be processed for no-shows / late arrivals so please plan ahead and arrive on time.
Sea Sickness
- If you are prone to sea sickness or are not accustomed to being on a boat we suggest over the counter sea sickness medication prior to tour. (Please consult your doctor if you have health issues before taking medication)
Gratuity
- Tips/Gratuity are not included in price for crew
Cancellation Policy
Refunds
- We require 24 hours for a full refund
- No refunds given within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time (no exceptions)
Rebooking
- Re-Bookings must be made 24 hours before scheduled tour
- No Rebooking offered within 24 hours of the scheduled departure (no exceptions)
Cancellation by Captain Max Boat Tours
- If we cancel due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions as decided by the Captain the day of the tour - a free rebooking or full refund will be offered.
- Our tours require a minimum amount of three passengers per tour. If the minimum is not met you'll be offered different time/date or a full refund.
