This tour meets in front of the lighted "Archer Apartment" sign, on the corner of 9th and Sherman. DO NOT go into the Archer Tower The tour meets outside.

Hello "Ghost Hunter", thank you for booking a tour with Best Tours of Denver. Please arrive 5 minutes early, so we can get everyone checked in.Out of respect to everyone on the tour, please do not arrive inebriated or under the influence of a substance. Please wear comfortable shoes, and dress for the weather conditions (bring an umbrella, if needed). You will find everything that you will need to prepare for you tour, listed below. Meet location:
The meeting location is at the corner of 9th and Sherman, in front of the lighted, "Archer Tower" sign, located at 901 N. Sherman St., Denver Co. 80203. For directions click here. If you need to reach someone after our normal business hours (We close at 5:00 p.m, Monday thru Saturday, and 2:00 p.m. on Sundays), please call your guide directly. You will be sent a separate email with your guides name and phone number. In most cases, you will also receive a text, with your guides name and phone number. You may have to check your junk email.

Restrooms:
As a reminder, restrooms can be difficult to find, within the tour route. Please make sure to take the necessary provisions, before coming on the tour. It’s a 2 hour waking tour, possibly without a place to stop. We do not go into any of the houses or businesses along the tour route.

Parking:
The meters are all free, and there are no time limits. There’s also a paid parking lot, located on Grant, between 9th and 10th. Looking for parking? Click here

Safety and Liability Disclaimer:
This is an approximate 1.7 mile, 2 hour walking tour. Along the tour route there are areas with low lighting conditions, and some of the sidewalks are raised and or uneven, which could lead to a tripping hazard. You will be crossing city streets, and you will need to be aware of the presence of oncoming cars, scooters, bicycles etc. We ask that you only cross when you have a protected pedestrian traffic signal, and never cross in the middle of the street. Parents with children, you are 100% responsible for the safety of your minor children. Please hold your young child's hand, when crossing the street, or at any time that you feel that it is necessary. Weather conditions can change suddenly. in case of inclement weather conditions, please take any necessary safety precautions. If you feel uncomfortable for any reason, please depart the tour and seek shelter. We do not give refunds for expected or unexpected weather changes that may arise. Because of the urban location of the tour, restrooms can be difficult to find. Please take the necessary provisions, before arriving on the tour.

As consideration for being allowed to participate in one of our tours, all participants are deemed to have released from liability and waived any right to sue Best Tours of Denver LLC/Twilight Ghost Tour LLC, or their contracted guides, from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss suffered as a result of participating in one of our tours.

By participating in one of our walking tours, the participant understands that there are inherent risks, such as physical injuries, due to, but not limited to tripping, falling, as well as other outcomes that may arise from a participant’s or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the location(s); Nonetheless, participants assume all known and unknown risks of participation in doing a walking tour.

Please be advised that photographs or videos might be taken, during the tour for use on social media platforms, websites or advertising. By purchasing a ticket and participating in this tour, you consent to the potential use of your image and likeness in photo, video, or audio.

Cancellation Policies and Weather Guidelines:
In case of rain, please bring an umbrella, and wear the appropriate attire.
This is a rain, snow or shine event. For weather conditions, click here Due to the nature of the tour business we do not issue refunds, for any reason. Any requests for a change of tour date must be given, with at least 48 hours advance notice. Please arrive on time. We can not hold tours for latecomers. Refunds will not be given if you don't make the tour on time.
We will always try to help you find us, if you are running late, but there is no way to ensure that you will find the group.

Tipping:
People often ask if our guides accept tips. Although tipping is not required, if you feel as though your guide did an outstanding job, feel free to give him or her a tip. It is typically customary.
