Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their charter time to receive a full refund. Customers who cancel after the 24 hour period will be refunded 50% of their charter price. Reservation changes are allowed outside the 24 hour cancellation window for no additional fees. Rescheduling is allowed if the captain decides weather and/or wave conditions are not safe for sailing. No-shows are not refunded.
