Please arrive at least 15 min before your scheduled departure time and have your electronic waivers filled out.

Departure times are approximated due to customers prior to your reservation possibly taking longer than they were booked for.

If you wish to keep your car longer than what you have booked for, you are welcome, but please check that it is available for you to keep and not needed by another renter.

Additional time is charged in 15 minute increments at our standard internet rates.

Please make sure you return the car before we close. Late returns are billed at $1 per minute. Please check with staff on day of rental the close time of the location. Early returns will not be refunded for unused time.

Make sure to dress appropriate for the temperature outside. We are open year round and Las Vegas experiences a wide variety of temperatures. During the winter months we suggest dressing in layers so you can adjust for temperature changes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not permitted unless Trip Protection is purchased at the time of booking.
With Trip Protection, you may cancel up to 2 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund.
No-shows or late arrivals without Trip Protection will be charged the full booking amount.
GoCar Tours reserves the right to reschedule or refund tours in the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
