How It Works:
Meet your party hosts in Hollywood at the first venue listed on the lineup. Your party host will lead the group to all of the venues. Lineups are posted on our website on Tuesday of each week for that upcoming weekend.

WHERE TO MEET
Lineups are posted on our website on Tuesday of each week for that upcoming weekend. Meet at the first venue on the lineup at the listed time. If you are running late, you can check-in as late at 10pm (at the second venue,).

VALID ID REQUIRED
Must be 21+ years old with a valid, Government-issued ID. Acceptable IDs: USA Government issued ID or a Passport. Photo copies of license, expired license, and military IDs are not accepted. Most venues will NOT accept International Driver’s License.
DRESS CODE
→ Nightclubs are strict with dress code and expect guests to ‘dress-to-impress.’
→ Men must be in long pants and we suggest a button up or collared shirt. Some of the items that are prohibited are: Athleticwear, graphic tees, sneakers, flip flops, large bags, and overly baggy or ripped clothing.

WAIVER / BEFORE THE CRAWL
All guests must sign a brief virtual waiver to participate on the crawl. Once you successfully sign, you will receive an email of completion. Show that e-mail to your host when you check-in, along with your digital ticket!

ON THE NIGHT OF YOUR CRAWL
You can call your host at “866-THE-EPIC” (866-843-3742). We ask you to keep calls to a minimum, as we want our hosts to be present with guests, rather than on their phone. Of course if you need their assistance, you can call from 9pm-12am! (Hosts do not receive texts, only calls).
GRATUITY
We kindly remind you that gratuity is a huge part of the hospitality industry. Your hosts will work hard to ensure YOU have an epic night. We suggest tipping your team of hosts $20 per guest.
GETTING HOME
The final venue is the last stop of the crawl. Guests are responsible for their own transportation home. We suggest using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft.
*Please note guests are expected to adhere to all rules in all of the venues we visit.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be given 30 days prior to the event. After that, you may receive a credit in the amount you paid, as long as you contact our office 72 hours prior to your event starting. Once it's within 72 hours of your event, no refunds or credit will be given.
