What to Bring
- We advise wearing comfortable clothing, sunscreen and sunglasses.
- It's ~10 degrees cooler during the ride, so be sure to wear an extra layer of clothing in cooler weather.
You must arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of your reservation or you will lose your timeslot and it will be released to customers on stand-by. No-shows do not receive a refund. Late check-ins will be considered a "no-Show" and no refund or reschedule time will be issued.
NOTE: Refunds are permitted if the tour is cancelled 24 hours ahead or the tour is cancelled due to weather or lack of required number of passengers.
