At the Forever Reef Project, we are committed to providing a safe, educational, and inspiring experience while upholding the highest standards of conservation and ethical responsibility. Please review our policies below:

1. Safety & Conduct
   • This is an active coral conservation facility—please follow all staff instructions.
   • Floors may be wet and slippery; please watch your step.
   • Please take special consideration that this is a functioning facility, and we wish to share as much of the educational operations as possible. Please avoid touching, hanging or leaning on anything unless instructed by staff.
   • Corals can sting and our raceways are living ecosystems which can be damaged —please do not touch any corals or put any hands/objects in the water. Please inform staff immediately if you accidentally drop anything in the water and refrain from self-retrieval.
   • If you are travelling with children, you are responsible for their supervision at all times.
   • Footwear is required—no bare feet allowed.
   • Please be aware that the seawater housing the coral may contain surface oils from coral, or fish food that can contain traces of shellfish. If you have a shellfish allergy, please take extra care to avoid contact with the water and make staff aware upon entry.
   • Please avoid blocking pathways where possible, all prams should be stored safely with the guide’s instructions.
   • Please be aware, there may be some coral research going on during your tour! Please make sure not to cross under any safety chains.

2. Environmental Responsibility
   • Help us protect our living coral collection by respecting all guidelines.
   • No food, drinks, or outside contaminants are allowed near coral tanks. (we will have a safe space for you to set your belongings aside, including space for prams).
   • Please avoid using sunscreen or lotions that may harm marine life before your visit.
   • We encourage all guests to wash hands before and after visiting the facility at the Port Marina toilet facilities located near Choo Choos.

3. Accessibility
   • We strive to make our facility as accessible as possible. If you have any mobility or special requirements, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.
   • Wheelchair users: Visibility into the coral tanks may be limited, but we are actively working on solutions, including custom-made tanks to improve accessibility/visibility.

4. Photography & Media

• Photography is welcomed, but flash photography is not permitted.
• Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval.

1. Booking & Cancellations
   • Please review our Cancellation Policy before booking.
   • Tours operate rain or shine; however, cancellations due to severe weather or operational issues will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
