By completing a booking on this website, I authorize Pirates Dinner Adventure to charge my payment card for purchases made on piratesdinneradventureca.com.

Maximum of 9 people for individual online bookings. Parties of 10+ must call in to book their reservation (714) 690-1497 All online reservations must be booked 3 hours in advance. Reservations made over the phone must be made 2 hours before the show.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. For changes to an existing reservation, please call the reservations office at 714-690-1497.Show time/date is subject to change or cancellation.

DISCOUNTS/PREPAID TICKETS: All discounts and prepaid tickets are subject to availability. NO TWO DISCOUNTS OR PREPAID TICKETS MAY BE COMBINED ON ONE RESERVATION; MAKING SEPARATE RESERVATIONS WILL RESULT IN SEPARATE SEATING ASSIGNMENTS.

FEES: Applicable fees include but are not limited to a $5 processing fee per person and taxes. This fee is to offset the cost of our ticket processing and payment systems. All fees are subject to change.

MENU CHOICES: Please confirm upon reservation. You may call the Reservation Office (714) 690-1497 up to 48 hours prior to your show to change your meal choices OR TO ALERT US TO ANY ALLERGIES.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Accommodations and special requests must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate last minute requests. This includes but is not limited to special seating needs, interpreters and dietary needs. *Please note that Pirates Dinner Adventure will provide an ASL Interpreter for the 1st show on the 1st Sunday of the month.

PARKING: Parking is $7 in advance, $8 at the door per vehicle upon arrival (cash or card). Prepaid parking is available when making reservations over the phone.

REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Tickets are valid for 1 calendar year and can be rescheduled if you are unable to attend original showtime.

CHECK IN: It is company policy that the card holder must be present with a matching form of ID upon check-in. IF THE CARD HOLDER IS NOT ATTENDING CALL RESERVATIONS 24 HOURS before show date (714) 690-1497.

SEATING: In order to guarantee that parties will be seated together you must book under one reservation online. For separate transactions call the reservations department to try to merge your reservations (please note that merging reservations is not a guarantee of adjacent seating). We do not hold seats and cannot guarantee seating requests.

By purchasing and/or using this ticket (“Ticket”) to enter and view the performance (the “Show”) at Pirates Dinner Adventure (the “Venue”), Ticket Holder (“Holder”), on his/her own behalf and on behalf of any guest under the age of 18 accompanying Holder to the Show over which Holder is the parent or legal guardian (“Minor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) entered into by Holder and Orlando Dinner Entertainment, Inc. (“ODIEN”) Holder is solely responsible for reading and understanding the Agreement before using the Ticket.
a) All Sales are Final. Holder acknowledges that all Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. The Ticket is a limit, revocable license (the “Revocable License”) granted by ODIEN to attend the Show listed on the applicable Ticket. ODIEN reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without refund of any portion of the purchase price, to revoke the Revocable License granted and cause the Venue to refuse to admission or eject any person (a) who violates the Terms of this Agreement; (b) who appears to be or is intoxicated; (c) whose conduct is deemed to be improper or disorderly; (d) who uses vulgar, derogatory or abusive language; or (e) who, in the sole judgment of ODIEN is engaging in activity or causing a disturbance that adversely affects other attendees’ participation in, attendance at and/or observance or enjoyment of the Show.

b) Recording of the Show is Prohibited. Holder agrees that: (a) neither Holder not Minor(s) will transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the Show to which the Ticket grants admission, including, but not limited to, any photographs, images, videos, audio, live streams or other accounts or descriptions (whether text, data, or visual), in any media, of all or any part of the Show (collectively the “Show Information”) without the written consent of ODIEN; and (b) ODIEN is the exclusive owner of all copyrights and intellectual property in the Show and the Show Information.

c) Crowd Release/Notice of Filming and Photography. By entering the Venue, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video may occur. Your entry and presence at the Venue constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed and or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction or any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Venue. ODIEN shall have the unrestricted right and license to use Holder’s image, likeness, name, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights and those of any Minor(s) accompanying Holder in any broadcast, telecast, or photograph and/or any video and/or audio sound recording taken in connection with the Show, for all purposes, in whole or in part, without compensation, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known or invented. The rights granted herein are fully assignable by ODIEN.

d) Voluntary Participation. Holder on behalf of himself/herself and any Minor(s) understands and agrees that any participation in the Show is voluntary. Holder hereby warrants that if he or she pr any Minor participates in the show they are in good health and suffer from no physical or mental condition that would create an unreasonable risk of harm to them or any other participant or performer.

e) Consumption of Alcohol. Holders twenty-one (21) years of age and older are able to purchase and drink alcohol before and during the Show. Any alcohol consumption is at the Holder’s own discretion, risk and liability. Holder will be required to produce government-issued photo identification prior to purchase of alcoholic beverages. ODIEN reserves the right to remove any Holder who becomes intoxicated or who has, in the sole discretion of ODIEN the potential to harm themselves or others. All Holders assume all risk involved with the consumption of alcohol.

f) General Assumption of the Risk. Holder on behalf of himself/herself and any Minor(s) assumes all risks, hazards and dangers , known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way associated with attendance and/or participation in the Show, including, but by no means limited to, personal injury (including death), illness, exposure to viruses, bacteria or communicable disease, sickness, damaged, lost or stolen property, whether occurring before, after or during the Show.

g) Release. Holder recognizes that attendance of Holder and Minor(s), as applicable, at the Show is voluntary and may result in personal injury (including death) and/or property damage and agrees to stay alert and remain aware of their surroundings and the surroundings of Minor(s) as applicable. By using the Ticket and/or by attending, observing, or participating in the Show, Holder acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with Holder and/or Minor(s) (a) being a spectator before, during, and after the Show and/or (b) attending, observing, or participating on the Show, in each case, whether any such risk or danger occurs prior to, during, or subsequent thereto, including but not limited to the danger of sustaining physical injury resulting from dimly lit or dark surroundings, fog, haze, bright lights, strobe lights, lasers, other hazards or distractions, illness or death resulting from exposure to food or beverage allergies, choking, any incidents or accidents associated with crowds of people, including but not limited to, touching, or the negligence or misconduct of other Show attendees and psychological harm resulting from encounters with scenes including depictions of violence, sexuality and scenarios which some viewers may find disturbing. Holder agrees that ODIEN, the Venue, and all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, partners, members, directors, officers, owners, agents, representatives, independent contractors and insurers of such entities (collectively the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of the Holder’s and/or Minor(s)’ participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Show and/or the negligence of the Released Parties (collectively the “Released Claims”). Holder hereby unconditionally releases, forever discharges and covenants not to sue the Released Parties from and against any and all Released Claims and/or other claims which Holder and/or Minor(s) have or may have for any other claim or cause of action arising out of the production, public performance, exhibition of advertisements, promotions, programs and/or materials in which recordings or photographs of Holder or Minor(s) from the Show appear. Holder further acknowledges that the Released Parties are in no way liable for any loss or injury resulting from Holder’s own behavior.

BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE SHOW, HOLDER ON HIS OR HER OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF MINOR(S), IS DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OFLIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

h) Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holder will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all demands, suits, claims, costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses), expenses and liability arising out of, incidental to or related in any way to Holder’s and/or Minor(s)’ attendance at, observation of, and/or participation in the Show, Holder’s or Minor(s)’ acts or omissions, or Holder’s breach of any of the terms, conditions or representations made in the Agreement.

i) Governing Law. Each Holder hereby understands and agrees that this Agreement is subject to and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to choice or conflict of law provisions.

j) Arbitration. By purchasing and/or using a Ticket, Holder and/or Minor(s) agree to the fullest extent permissible by law to resolve any disputes, claims, demands, disagreements or conflicts arising out of any attendance or participation in the Show or with the Released Parties (collectively a “Dispute”) by binding arbitration unless otherwise agreed to by ODIEN in writing. HOLDER ON BEHALF OF HIMSELF OR HERSELF AND ON BEHALF OF ANY MINOR UNDERSTANDS THAT HE OR SHE IS WAIVING RIGHTS TO A JURY AND TO PRESENT A DISPUTE TO A COURT OF LAW.

• All Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator whose decision will be final except for a limited right of appeal under the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS Mediation, Arbitration and ADR Services (“JAMS”) in accordance with JAMS Streamlined Rules of Procedures (“JAMS Rules”). Arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone or online. Proceedings which cannot be conducted through the submission of documents, by phone or online will take place in Orlando, Florida. The Arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all Disputes.

k) Special Damages. Holder on behalf of himself/herself and/or any Minor(s) understands that IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BY LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY DISPUTE.

l) Severability. Holder agrees that if any provision or part thereof contained in this Agreement is declared illegal. Unenforceable, or ineffective, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions contained in this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
