Cancellation:
- In case of cancellation within 40 days of departure, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation within 15 days of departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation on the same day or within 14 days of departure, you will not receive a refund.
If you are late, please send us a WhatsApp or call us. We will do everything to find a solution to have you on board.
The captain may, at his discretion, cancel the tour in the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes. If you get on board, the tour will end at the same time as it has been booked and you will be charged for the booked hours.
Weather:
- If weather conditions are not suitable for sailing, we will do our best to reschedule your tour to a different day or time. If this is not possible, you will receive a refund.
