Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours or more notice of cancellation. Less than 48 hours notice will receive gift certificate in value of booking. Less than 24 hours notice will receive no refunds. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
