You will receive a text the day before your tour to reconfirm pickup time and location.
Our tour must have a minimum of at least 6 guests so your confirmation is based on availability and may need to be rebooked to another day. In the event of a lack of bookings or inability to move to another day, you may unfortunately have to be cancelled but we will do all we can to prevent this occurrence.
We offer a sit-down restaurant lunch, plenty of choices of drinks and snacks throughout the day and coats, raincoats, and umbrellas if the weather turns south. Most guests like to bring their own long sleeve shirt. Preferable attire is shoes, a hat, and suntan (spray) for all weather scenarios. Please write back or call anytime for additional information. You will receive a text message the day before your scheduled tour to confirm pick up times and location. Thanks, and talk soon!

Cancellation Policy
At Hawaii Geo Tours, our Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
