Special Requirements: We recommend 7yrs+ on all VR experiences, but do not exclude younger children if parents wish to have them participate and are willing to curate their experiences. It is quite easy for adults to assist younger children in these multiplayer adventures, as you can see and hear each other in the virtual world.

We must ask all customers to arrive 15 minutes before their booked time slot, If your group size is 10 players or more we advise up to 20 minutes.
You're check in process will include signing our mandatory waiver, please sign this early if possible.

Parking is available up to 10:00pm in the Palace Exchange & Gardens car parks.

SPVR Arcade Booking Policy
1. Finality of Bookings
Upon confirmation, all bookings made at SPVR Arcade for all experiences are considered final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled except under the conditions outlined below.

Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for bookings are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including cancellations, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances. -
Non-Transferable Bookings
Bookings are non-transferable to another date, time.
No gift card or alternative arrangement will be offered for cancellations or changes requested with less than 72 hours' notice.
- Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that SPVR Arcade experiences technical issues or disruptions that impact your scheduled booking, we may, at our sole discretion, offer rescheduling or a gift card. However, this does not guarantee or obligate us to provide any form of refund or alternative compensation.
By making a booking with SPVR Arcade, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
