Rental Information
This is the first email of 2 that you will receive, be aware the day of your rental, you will receive an email with important information about your rental.
Rental Terms and Conditions Agreement.
If you are driving yourself you have to sign this document and you can sign it Here beforehand or you can sign it at the marina before departure.
If you are going with a Captain Disregard this document, you will sign a different document once you arrive with the captain at the marina.
Weather
Please do not assume your reservation will be canceled due to poor weather conditions, always show up to your reservation unless you hear otherwise from us, we will make a decision about weather at the marina.
Location
Please arrive 30 minutes prior your rental time to find parking and allow us to do the introduction to the boat.
Parking
There is Parking Inside for $15 prepaid parking, or $20 when you arrive to the location per vehicle, or you can also find parking outside for free (park at your own risk).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled trip.
To cancel, please send an email to info@bruschiboatrental.com and await a response from our team.
Sending the email does not guarantee an automatic cancellation.
Phone calls or text messages will not be considered valid methods for cancellation.
Refunds:
For cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice before your rental day, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the rental day will receive a credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used for a future rental or rescheduled for another day.
No refunds or cancellations will be permitted within 24 hours of your rental time.
Operator Cancellation:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to an operator cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-shows:
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled rental will be charged the full price.
No refunds will be allowed for no-shows.
Weather Determination:
The final decision regarding weather conditions and their impact on your trip rests with the company.
We will reschedule your trip for another available time of your choice only if there is a more than 60% chance of a thunderstorm, as indicated by Google's weather forecast for Zip code 33130 during the hours of your tour.
We will assess the weather conditions 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time. Until that time, please assume your reservation stands.
Cold weather alone is not considered a factor for rescheduling.
Rainy Weather:
If it is raining at the starting time of your trip, both the captain and the customer should wait for at least 20 minutes after the scheduled start.
After the waiting period, the captain will decide whether to proceed with the trip or cancel it based on the current weather conditions.
Weather Protection:
Customers who have purchased weather protection may be eligible for a refund. Please inquire about how to obtain weather protection when making your reservation.
Refunds will only be provided if the company or the captain determines that it is unsafe to proceed with the trip.
Please note that the price of the weather protection is not included in the refund.
No Assumptions:
Do not assume your reservation is canceled due to current weather conditions unless you hear from the company regarding severe weather.
Failure to show up for your scheduled time without confirmation of cancellation may result in being marked as a no-show.
Refunds and Rescheduling:
Once the trip has commenced, refunds will not be allowed (Even with the weather protection).
Rescheduling will only be permitted if the trip is canceled within the first 30 minutes of the scheduled start.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will show up in your account 24 hours before your reservation as a pending charge, this deposit is released automatically the same day at midnight if no claims are made.
