Recommended Preparation
Please check in 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Arrange your transportation in advance as it is not included. If you are driving a car, parking is available onsite for $2/hour. Payments can only be made via the app; there is no option to pay with cash or credit card directly. The vessel departs from Kewalo Harbor, just 10–15 minutes away from most Waikiki hotels. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment or reservation with us, we require that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service or reservation. This policy applies to all clients and customers who book with us, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
