Join us for a Whale Watching tour in Waikiki! We will take you for a fun, adventurous coastal cruise and keep our eyes out for the majestic Humpback whales that migrate to Hawai’i every winter.
Whale season is from December through March.
We will cruise up and down the coastline of Waikiki where you will have the chance to see whales. You may likely see a variety of other wildlife on our tours such as turtles, flying fish, and dolphins. Due to the unpredictability of nature, we cannot guarantee whales or other sea life on our tours.

Before We check you in, please don't forget to fill out our liability waivers. Attached to this email is a waiver link unique to your booking.
Check-in Process:🐢
Check-in starts at 1085 Ala Moana Blvd suite 104, Honolulu, HI 96813.
Departure time is strictly according to the scheduled cruise times, We recommend arriving AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to the start of check-in to find parking and to be able to walk to the check-in location in a timely fashion.
Detailed information on how to find our office:
Please look for first row of boats or pier "F or E"
- If you are located next to food trucks, please keep walking alongside the pier and look to your left for a blue flag with our logo and one story building next to a construction.
- If you are located in parking next to bathrooms, please locate a parasailing flag and keep walking straight, our office will be on your right side.
Our Harbor gets busier depending on the time of the year and it can be difficult to locate our check-in, if you are not sure, please call our office at (808) 556 3586. Please be patient as our crew is shifting from boat to check-in location every few minutes.
Parking
There are two parking lots on each side of the harbor - please see the map above for location. They are both paid parking lots (between $1-$3 per hour). Please DO NOT forget to pay for your parking as Diamond Parking Services are very strict with ticketing and towing.
While we do have reef safe sunscreen available for purchase at our office if you choose to bring your own, please bring a reef friendly and mineral based sunscreen on your excursion.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to booking, please note that we enforce a strict 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy.
For any booking, rescheduling without incurring any fees or cancellations must be made by the customer forty-eight (48) hours before the event in order to receive a full refund.
No refund will be issued for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, for any reason. In the event that rescheduling is not possible, no refund will be issued with less than 48 hours notice. If the cancellation is outside of the 48-hour cancellation window, the customer may reschedule within (24) hours for a rescheduling fee of $40 per person. Customers will receive a full refund or reschedule for no fee if operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
Equipment & Rental Return Policy
Guests are responsible for all rental equipment used during tours or rented daily/weekly, including GoPros, wetsuits, snorkel gear, and accessories.
Tour Rentals: Equipment must be returned to crew at the end of the tour.
Daily/Weekly Rentals: Items must be returned by the agreed date and in good condition. Late returns may incur extra fees.
Lost or Damaged Equipment: A replacement fee will apply (e.g., $300 for a GoPro). Damaged or missing accessories may also be charged.
If lost equipment is found and returned in good condition within 30 days, a refund may be issued (minus any applicable fees).
