Please be aware that due to the nature of the business, when bookings are confirmed, Frank’s Place Watersport immediately incurs expenses and costs directly relating to your booking as we prepare for your arrival. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Changes and Cancellations by Frank’s Place Watersport

Frank’s Place Watersport reserves the right to cancel a tour or activity. Safety is our main priority. In the event your tour is canceled, an alternative date and time will be offered. Any expenses associated with date changes such as ground transportation, flight, and accommodation, etc. is the sole responsibility of you, and not Frank’s Place Watersport. Should a tour be canceled by Frank’s Place Watersport, deposits will be completely refunded.

All charter routes and destinations are subject to change without notice. Ocean conditions can and will sometimes turn rough. Snorkeling depends on sea conditions.

Frank’s Place Watersport reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, and convenience of the passengers at any time. In all cases, Frank’s Place Watersport will do its best to maintain the content and the order of the tour and when possible, passengers will be advised of any changes prior to departure.
If the maximum combined weight of all passengers, crew, and cargo exceeds the posted weight limit of the vessel, Frank’s Place Watersport has the right to modify the bookings by rescheduling your date and/or time or tour.

In the unlikely event that the vessel has to make an emergency return to the dock, Frank’s Place Watersport will not be liable for replacement tickets and/or refunds.
Frank’s Place Watersport may cancel a tour due to one or a combination of the following conditions:
1. Extreme weather conditions
2. Ocean conditions
3. Mechanical or technical issues with the vessel, engines or trailer

Changes and Cancellations by the Customer

Any changes to your reservation date and/or time will be accommodated based on availability. Frank’s Place Watersport will not be held responsible for the inability to reschedule your date and/or time. Please contact Frank’s Place Watersport as soon as possible via e-mail (customer@franksplacearuba.com) if you are unable to make your scheduled tour time. This will enable Frank’s Place Watersport the opportunity to rebook your spot to someone else. Please note that in order to receive a refund of your charge, a 2 business day notice of cancellation is required.

Frank’s Place Watersport will make every effort to notify you in the case that your tour has been changed or canceled, therefore, you are expected to arrive for check-in 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. If you are arriving on a cruise ship and the ship's itinerary changes, we will do our best to reschedule your activities, based upon availability. Should the ship not arrive in Aruba or Frank’s Place Watersport is unable to accommodate an itinerary change, your payment will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy for Private Charters: If at least five days advance notice is given to Frank’s Place Watersport, no charges will be made to the credit card number on file. If the cancellation notice is given to Frank’s Place Watersport 3-5 days prior to your tour, you will be charged 50% of the total amount to your credit card number. If cancellation is received 24 hours or less prior to your tour, the total amount due on the invoice will be charged to the credit card number on file.

Umbrella & Chair Rentals are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All bookings are non-transferable or refundable. Only in extenuating circumstances will bookings be considered for transfer or refund and where a minimum of 48-hour notice is given. With Exception to Private Charter and Umbrella and Chair Rentals

Frank’s Place Watersport will operate all tours and rental at the scheduled times and never allow late-running participants to cause a later departure time. Frank’s Place Watersport is not responsible for factors out of our control, for example; late-running commuter services, traffic or parking difficulties (this is not an all-inclusive list). In the case of the Private Charter, if all participants are not present and the tour leaves later than the scheduled start time, the end time will still remain the same.
