- 24 Hour Cancellation policy STRICTLY enforced. NO refunds available for guests not canceling 24hrs prior to tour time.
- Guest MUST provide local Hawaii ID or Military ID at check-in if using online discount promo code. If ID is not provided, the discount code will be removed from the booking.
Things to know before you go!
- Arrive 30 mins before tour time: Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This will allow time for check-in.
- Remember 24 hour cancellation policy: Please keep in mind our 24hr cancellation policy. Please cancel 24 hours prior to your tour time in order to receive a full refund.
- Feel free to bring a backpack and water bottle: If you don't have them, no problem! We will have backpacks and water cups ready for you.
- Wear closed toe shoes: Wear shoes with a closed toe and heel. Athletic shoes or hiking boots. No sandals, Crocs, or Chacos
- Tours operate rain or shine: Our tours operate rain or shine. If your tour is cancelled due to extreme weather we will contact you ASAP
The physical payment card and corresponding ID's will be required at check-in.
We highly suggest pre-arranging transportation to and from our location, or renting a car. Uber and Lyft are unreliable in our remote area.
Cancellation Policy
We have a generous cancellation policy. 24 hours or more before your tour and you will receive a 100% refund. Less than 24 hours, no refund.
