- This 2 hour guided clear kayak tour adventure is perfect for beginner and first time paddlers- these are small group clear kayak tours so please keep in mind paddlers of all levels can be grouped together!
- We welcome paddlers of all skill levels; however, kayaking can be a physically demanding activity. Winds, tides + weather can impact the difficulty of the paddle.
- Expect a clear kayak tour that is part wild and part urban as the river is a popular one to enjoy living and recreating on and more people enjoy recreating on the weekends and holidays than weekdays.
- Our experienced guides will share knowledge about local history, clearly unique ecosystems + any wildlife we spot!
- So much wildlife calls this area home from various fish, crabs, birds, rays, pelicans, manatees, + dolphins that may appear on tour!
- All clear kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers) for odd-numbered parties but we welcome single paddlers!
- Our tours are given in our amazing clear kayaks! We only bring a maximum group of 10 people out on the water at a time on our clear kayak tours, so be ready for an awesome personalized experience with our top-notch guides (please contact us for larger parties)
- Water may turn tannic in color (but still clear) on occasion due to excess rains.
- This is a no exit kayak tour. We remain in our clear kayaks for the duration of the kayak tour to protect the ecologically sensitive Weeki Wachee River.
- You must have the ability to sit in the same position for 2+ hours.

We foster a commitment to education, stewardship + responsible ecotourism so learn about manatees from our team of Guardian Guides certified by Save the Manatees Club! A portion of each reservation is donated to manatee conservation!
Check in Details: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure. Safety is our priority. Each guest must attend paddle safety and skills training 15 minutes prior to the start of tour.

- No one paddler can be over 250 pounds and the combined weight of two paddlers cannot exceed 425 pounds.

- Reservations are required for all tours.
- Our clear kayak tours depart from Mary's Fish Camp, 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park.
- Alcohol and smoking are not permitted.

DISCLAIMER:
- We CANNOT guarantee manatee sightings on each clear kayak tour we take out, however your tour guide will do their best to go to the areas where the manatees are typically most active.
- We have manatees that call the river home all year long and do see manatees daily but not on every tour.
- Manatee season officially runs from November 15th - March 31st. We would like all our guests to be aware of this possibility so that there are no surprises once on the water! Please remember this is a wildlife experience and we cannot guarantee wildlife sightings.
- Many variable impact the clarity and color of the Weeki Wachee River like weather, tides, rain, number of recreational users, restoration work and animal and boating activity. We cannot guarantee the color or visibility of the water. If this is the most important part of your experience- call us we would love to talk to you about current conditions and help you pick the best tour time for you!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
If you did NOT purchase trip protection when booking, you may cancel or change your reservation up to 48 hours prior to tour departure, within 48 hours of tour departure your booking is not eligible for a refund or to reschedule.
If you PURCHASED trip protection at the time of booking, you can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the tour's start time, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees. Even with Trip Protection cancellation or rebooking with less than 12 hours notice are considered all-sales final.
Get Up And Go Kayaking cannot wait past the scheduled tour departure time for any party that is running late for the scheduled tour/launch time. These are small group tours + it is important that we depart on time.
No-show participants will be charged full price and are not eligible for a refund or a reschedule.
Trips that are canceled by Get Up And Go Kayaking due to inclement weather will not be charged; if your card has been charged prior to the trip, all funds will be refunded.
By booking, you understand and agree to the cancellation policy. In doing so, if I cannot make it to the tour by the scheduled tour time, I will forfeit the entire cost of the tour, and I will not dispute the charge.
Weather: Our team watches the weather closely before your launch as the weather changes quickly in Florida. We still paddle out in the event of rain; however, if unsafe weather conditions occur, our team will decide to cancel or delay the tour. Plan to arrive on time unless notified in advance. If we cancel the tour, you can receive a refund to the original form of payment, reschedule the tour, or receive a gift card. Please dress for the temperature for the early morning, afternoon, and nighttime tours.
