WEST MAUI ADVENTURE
- Circumnavigate the West Maui Volcano clockwise starting in Kahului through Lahaina and around the steep scenic cliffs and rugged mauka terrain.
- This adventure begins with a visit to some ancient petroglyphs just south of Lahaina. We will then pass through Lahaina town, which was the centerpiece of the Hawaiian Kingdom and later the whaling capitol of the world.
- Headed north-west around the mountain is a perfect picture taking opportunity at the overlook for Honolua Bay one of the very few Marine Sanctuary’s on Maui. As we drive along the cliffs there will be opportunities to stop to see the blow-hole and other interesting sights.
- As we continue around, we enter a beautiful Hawaiian village, one of the last truly subsistence communities on Maui and look into the ancient Hawaiian political structure an ahupuaa, enjoy visiting various local artist galleries the most exhilarating ocean tide pool spots.
- After Lunch, there are options to stop at a beautiful healing heiau (spiritual site) and breath-taking panoramic views of Haleakala, Maui’s north shore and South side and embark upon a heart-pounding 5 mile round trip ridge hike or opt for a hike through streams, bamboo forests, wild yellow ginger and shampoo ginger groves (season-dependent), repel down a banyan tree and sit above cascading waterfalls after taking a dip under some of the best natural showers in secluded West Maui. Please note safety is our 1st priority and hikes are dependent on weather and rainfall levels.
- If you still have room for more adventures, your day ends with a leisurely stroll through Iao Valley a lush valley with vertical walls and interesting flora and fauna.
No Age Limit:
- We do not have an age limit as long as the keiki (little ones) are up for it.
- Babies should be carried as you would at home, but as long as toddlers can walk, we can take them into the rainforest.
- It is advised that you bring your own child seat and any special snacks they may want throughout the day.

DIRECTIONS:
Your tour guide will reach out to you a few days before your tour to touch base and determine the meeting time.
If you are staying on the island, please meet us at the Target in Kahului. The address is 100 Ho'okele Street, Kahului, HI 96732. Please park on the left-hand side of the building.
If you selected the hotel pick-up/drop-off tour guide will reach out and schedule your pickup time.
For guests arriving on the cruise ships, please meet us in the Long's/Whole Foods parking lot which is directly across the street from the port. It's less than a 5-minute walk. Your guide will be waiting on the opposite side of the crosswalk.
We provide the following in addition to the tour:
- Towels for those who want to get wet.
- Poncho's in case of rain
- Sanitized Stainless Steel reusable water bottles and water refills.
You should be prepared with the following:
- If you intend to get wet, please wear a bathing suit under your clothing.
- Sturdy footwear which can get wet (Teva's or other sport sandals/footwear)
- A change of clothing/shoes for the ride back.
- Camera's
- Hats
- Sunscreen
- Mosquito Repellent

Please make sure to read over the attached waiver, and print, email or bring it with you on the day of your tour. You can also sign on the day of your tour!
Cancellation Policy
We require a $250 deposit (plus HI State tax) to secure your tour date. Full payment will be charged to the card on file within 3 days of your scheduled tour. If the tour is cancelled for weather-related reasons due to a State Road Advisory, we will try to accommodate your group on an alternate day. If we are unable to accommodate your group, we will give you a full refund. If your tour is cancelled at the guest's request within 48 hours for any other reason, we will refund the tour balance minus the $250 (plus tax) deposit. Since many people are very excited to go on tours with us, we can no longer provide full refunds for tour cancellations 7 days prior to your scheduled tour (unless there is a Road Advisory, and we cannot accommodate you on another day). If you cancel outside of 7 days, you will receive a full refund.
