Join DANA WHARF OC's first (and local Dana Point favorite) whale watching company and delight in the exciting sights and sounds of the magnificent ocean creatures seen daily by Dana Wharf. Known as a landmark for marine life sightings, Dana Wharf's Dana Point Whale and Dolphin Watching Adventure Tours offer rare glimpses into a huge variety of underwater wildlife and gorgeous scenic views you'll never forget.
Whale Watching season is year-round, marine mammal sightings are guaranteed, meaning that if you do not see a whale OR dolphin, we'll give you a voucher for a free trip that never expires!
What is Included: ##All of our cruises are narrated by our expert marine naturalist captains who will educate you on the abundant ocean life off our Dana Point coast. Trips are all 2 hours long, plenty of time to discover the world that lies beneath!

Wyland’s Whale and Dolphin Adventure Art Lesson is Back!
Join us for the most creative experience on the water! Create your own art aboard the Dana Pride that will be judged by Wyland himself, with multiple winners.
- Book your spot on Saturdays, Jan. - April at 10am (must arrive at 9am for art lesson and whale watch begins at 10am)
Every trip is a new experience, so be sure to come out often! See attractions such As:
• Gray Whales (November - May) - These friendly Whales are up to 65 feet!
• Blue Whales (May - November) - They can grow up to 100 feet long and weigh up to 100 tons - you will not believe your eyes if you're lucky enough to see on of these impressive marine mammals! These whales visit Dana Point year round , Fin Whales, Humpback Whales, Bryde's Whales and Minke Whale
• Dolphins - take memorable photos as schools of playful dolphins frolic around the boat!
• Sea lions, pelican and other seafaring birds plus possible sightings of Sharks ( Mako, Hammerhead, and Great White)

Parking Info
Please plan to arrive an hour prior to your trip departure. Due to the Dana Point Harbor's construction, parking has become limited. We highly suggest all our customers arrive early to find parking.

Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Please note if you are using a voucher or a gift certificate and you have secured your reservation with a credit card, you will be charged in full at check-in in the event that you do not have your voucher or gift certificate with you. Alsom, if you do not show up to redeem your gift certificate or voucher, your credit card will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event.
Trip Minimums
In order to run this tour, a minimum number of tickets must be sold. If the ticket minimum is not met, Dana Wharf may need to cancel the trip. If we do cancel, you will be contacted as soon as possible and fully refunded and or rescheduled.
