Description: Join us on a whale-watching adventure along Oahu's stunning Gold Coast, where you can witness humpback whales and other marine life in their natural habitat. The experience includes a Hawaiian cultural ceremony, live commentary from a naturalist, and the opportunity to hear whale songs with a hydrophone. Check in Details: Shuttle service is available from Waikiki. If you are meeting us directly, please arrive 30 minutes before the tour start time at Kewalo Harbor, Pier D, Gate 111.
Public transportation or rideshare services are recommended due to limited parking.

- Easily removable shoes or sandals (shoes will be removed on board)
- Motion sickness medicine (if needed)
Special Requirements: - Shoes must be removed before boarding for safety; storage will be provided
- No outside alcoholic beverages allowed
- Limit belongings to one bag per group due to limited space
- Meals do not accommodate allergies; prepare your own food if necessary
- For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking along with matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.

MEETING LOCATION
Trolley transportation is available from three locations in Waikiki.
For guests who prefer to meet directly, please meet us at **Kewalo Basin Boat Harbor Pier D, Gate 111 ** 1125 Ala Moana Blvd D111, Honolulu, HI 96814 (click on address for Google Map) no later than 6:45AM. Kewalo Basin Boat Harbor is 10-15 minutes from Waikiki.
Please utilize public transportation to get to the harbor as public parking is currently unavailable. Uber, Lyft and taxi are available on Oahu. Additionally, we advise against driving given that public parking is very limited and you may be consuming adult beverages onboard. Traffic can get quite congested at this time, so please allow ample time to get to the harbor.

• Guests are encouraged to come in easily removable shoes or sandals.
• Motion Sickness Medicine (For those who are prone to getting seasick, we recommend taking medication an hour before the tour start time)
• Adult beverages will be available for purchase on the boat. Hard liquor goes from $6 to $12. Soft drinks, Beer and Seltzers are $6.
• Our meals do not accommodate allergies, We do not prepare the meals so we cannot guarantee anything regarding allergies. For your safety, please prepare your own.
You will be asked to remove your shoes before boarding the boat. This is for your safety. We will have storage for you to place them in during your time onboard.
Please limit your belongings to one bag per group due to limited space on the boat.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or amendments (tour date, time, etc.) must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the departure time on the reservation date in order to receive a full refund of the tour fees.
Reservations made within 48 hours will be considered FINAL SALE.
Please be aware: We do not provide refunds for no-show and/or tardiness.
With a doctor's note, you will be able to receive a full refund after the designated cancellation period.
* The doctor's note applies only to the person who holds the note.
* If the person with a doctor's note is a minor (under 12 years old), we will honor one adult as guardian for full refund.
