We recommend everyone to be ready at 8:00 AM, as we are unable to determine your exact pick-up time.
Cancellation Policy

Please be advised: Deposit slips are needed to get credit for funds paid. The balance will be collected at the Tour site. Deposits are nonrefundable within 24 hours of Tour time. Crescent City Tours LLC is not responsible for mathematical errors made by agents.

Children under 48 inches and Women who are pregnant, along with people with any kind of back or neck problems are prohibited from riding airboats.
