Please note: If you booked a plantation tour (Whitney, Oak Alley, or Laura), it is self-guided tour You’ll receive an audio device to explore at your own pace.

Hotel Pick-Up:
Plantation tours include pick-up for hotels within a 1.2-mile radius of 414 Canal St. We do not pick up in the French quarter. Please be ready outside your hotel by 8:00 AM. Pick-ups run between 8:00–8:30 AM. (Please keep in mind, the driver is making multiple stops and have a 30-minute window for pickups so for example if it's 8:07am and your driving hasn't arrived, they are most likely picking up guest at a hotel and in route to pick you up next)

Staying at an Airbnb or a non-listed hotel?
Meet us at 414 Canal St. (in front of the Jazz Gumbo parking lot, one block from Caesars Casino).

Arrival Time:
Hotel picks up please be in front of your hotel at 8am Sharp. If you're going to the 414 canal St location, please be present at 8am.

What if I am running late?

At the earliest sign of running late, getting lost or realizing your cab driver has no idea where he is going, call us on (504) 463-4090 to let us know.

Check-In Requirements:
For security purposes, kindly present the credit card used for booking along with matching valid photo identification during check-in.

Ensure that the name on your credit card matches the contact's name on your booking

What to bring:
Tour confirmation, and I.D.
Bottle of water (But remember there are no toilets on the bus!)

What to wear:
It is usually warm and sunny, but always worth checking the weather and dressing accordingly. Our buses are equipped with air condition and heat, however its always a good idea to plan ahead.

Important Infant/Children passenger information:

Infants & Children age 0 - 4 years of age are free, however must sit on parent or guardians lap, unless Child ticket is purchased, for them to occupy their own seat.

Release: By taking 2nd Line Tours, you consent to being photographed by video recording, and you authorize, and permit 2nd Line Tours and all persons and entities affiliated therewith, including without limitation networks, sponsors and stations, to use your voice and likeness in all media for all purposes in perpetuity without limitation. All 2nd Line Tour passengers release these parties from any liability for damages to persons or property or from claims of any kind.
