Guests will receive open seating bus transportation from downtown Temecula to 3 wineries in Temecula wine country. Guest will also receive a full tasting flight at each of the stops, up to 10 photos available at the end of your event.
There is a limited number of seats available for the pre-paid voucher tours. We run multiple vehicles and large groups are not guaranteed to be on the same vehicle as seats are filled on a first come first serve bases.

Thank you for booking a tour with us in the little bus.
1) All guests should arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to check-in with their tour guide.
2) Please remember to have all of the waivers signed for each guest and be ready to show your waiver conformation email to your drivers or host. No guests will be allowed to board the vehicles with out a signed waiver on file.
3) Gratuities are NOT included - For groups of four or more, Semi-private tours, and prepaid invoices, an 15% gratuity will be added and is due at the time of the tour. Suggested gratuity for small groups is: 15-20%. Please organize payment in advance and present the Tour Guide with one payment method. Any Balances due on reservation will be charged to the card on file at the end of the tour. Please remember to bring cash as there are no ATM Machines in wine country. However guides do take venmo if you would like to send your tip thru your phone.
4) Voucher tickets are booked directly online and will pay their fule sercharge & fee's at the time of booking or checkin based on their ticket type.
5) Trip Advisor, Get your guide & Viator tours as stated at time of ticket purchase is the 20% service fee for TVWAHD Assmt, Winery and any Lunch services, Fuel surcharge. And will be added to your reservation on the night before your tour and is due at the time of pick-up.
After doing this for years we have come to notice that we are getting asked a lot of the same questions. So, we have listed the most asked one's below with the answers.
1) Do you still go out during bad weather?
Yes. We run rain or shine as long as the booking requirements have been met.
2) If we have a guest that does not show up can we have their tasting card still?
No. The wineries only give out the number of tasting cards for the number of guests that are present. ( see your cancelation policy on no show guests.)
3) Can we bring decorations for the vehicle?
Yes & No. That will depend on if you are booking a fully private tour or not. Speak with your booking agent about the different type of tours.
4) Can we bring pets with us on the limo bus?
Only service animals will be allowed on the vehicles and they must be wearing their service jackets and have their service lic. on them.
5) Can we bring our minor children?
No. we do not offer service to guests under the age of 18.
6) Can we bring snacks with us.
No. most of our tours are open tours and as such the bus is moving multiple groups throughout the day. You can purchase snack food items at the wineries to eat while you are there.
Cancellation Policy
Please reply back to this message that you do fully understand the following policies.
Trip Insurance:
With Trip Insurance, even if you cancel outside of our cancellation policy window, you will still receive your full ticket price amount back (minus the Insurance cost & cost of any selected food items).
Cancellation policies:
Guests who purchased trip insurance can cancel 1 or all of the tour seats with in (2) hour's of the tour check-in time and a refund minus the (insurance costs & cost of any selected food items). will be applied back to the card on file. To use your insurance please send an email to Littlebustours@gmail.com at least 2 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
Regular cancellation policy ( Trip insurance not selected at the time of the reservation )
All tickets are non-refundable tickets unless trip insurance was purchased at the time of reservation.
All tours have a minimum seat reservation requirement that must be met of 6 booked seats. If seats sales are not met the reservation may be canceled or rebooked to a different date.
