- We fly Robinson R44, R66, and AStar helicopters.
- Aircraft type is not guaranteed unless booking a private helicopter.
- Groups of 4+ may be split into two helicopters but stay together on tour.

- Accurate weights are required for safety and FAA weight & balance requirements.
- All Guests are weighed at check-in.

Glacier conditions are cooler than in town — please dress in layers and sturdy closed-toe footwear.
In winter, warm boots, gloves, and a hat are recommended.

For safety, backpacks and bags are not permitted on the helicopter.
Phones/cameras, water bottles, and small personal items are welcome.

Inside 72 hours: non-refundable. Changes made within 72 hours are subject to a change fee.
Weather cancellations are fully refunded or rescheduled.
