We're excited to have you join us for our 2023 Winter Wonderland. Below are some tips to make your experience with us the best it can be!
- We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes ahead of time to get seated, grab some snacks, or even take a look at our menu if you plan to eat during the show!
- You can either show us a digital copy of your tickets or print them to check in when you arrive.
- The show is just under 2 hours and includes an intermission. So if you come to a 3 PM show, you'll be heading to car around 4:50 (or 8:50 for a 7 PM show).

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE OUR UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that it can be difficult to make plans, and we want to eliminate as much stress as possible for you!
- We offer free exchanges to a different date (subject to availability) or complete refunds when needed up to 72 hours before the guest's original event start time.
- We also offer free exchanges to a different date (subject to availability) or credits in the form of digital theater gift cards (minus FareHarbor processing fees) up to 2 hours before the original event start time.
- NOTE: Refunds, exchanges, and credits must be requested either by emailing info@magicandwondershow.com or by calling the box office (717-323-3077) by the deadline listed above in order for refunds or credits to be issued. No refunds will be given at the theater upon arrival for the show.
