Itinerary
Day 1 8 am - 4 pm
We'll pick you up from your hotel or campsite for an amazing private adventure exploring Yosemite's High Country including a hike into the Tuolumne Grove of Giant Sequoias, swimming at Tenaya Lake and a picnic in Tuolumne meadows! In the winter months, we will begin at noon. Yosemite’s high country road is closed, but we will have an incredible time exploring the Tuolumne Grove of Giant Sequoias with snowshoes
Day 2 12 pm - 8 pm
Another spectacular private adventure starts when we pick you up at noon for hiking, sightseeing and swimming in the famed Yosemite Valley! Complete with a steak BBQ dinner along the Merced River.
Day 3 8 am - 3 pm
This fantastic trip ends with a public hiking adventure day in Hetch Hetchy Valley with a 5-mile round trip hike along the granite Reservoir to the 1200 foot Wapama Falls! If you're feeling saucy, then we can hike even further to Rancheria Falls before our hearty hiker's lunch and a leisure hike back!

Lunches:
Make sure and order your custom hiker's lunches for day 1 and 3 at least 24 hours before your adventure. Don't worry, your lunch is included so you won't be charged anything extra! Please note that no lunches or refunds will be provided if lunches are not ordered.

What to Bring:
Vacationing in the mountains is amazing if you plan well! We provide almost everything you need during your trip, but there are a few things you will need to make sure you have during your visit:
- Layered Clothing - Avoid Cotton Clothing and Jeans
- Swimsuit and water shoes
- Brimmed Hat & Sunglasses
- Sun Block & Insect Repellent
- Camera
- Cell phone
Also, be prepared for unexpected storms or adverse road conditions by checking the weather forecast.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
Easy Cancelations Rate
- When available, our easy cancelations rate allows you to cancel your adventure or package up to 24 hours in advance for just a $25.00 processing fee.
- Cancelations within 24 hours will be refunded 50% of the listed price.
Non-Refundable Rate:
- Cancelations made at least 48 hours before scheduled adventure will be refunded 50% of the excursion price.
- Guests cancelling within 48 hours of scheduled adventure and no shows will not be refunded.
Adventure Add-Ons:
- Full refund on any cancellations 24 hours in advance of excursion start time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be handled on a case by case basis.
Gear & Bike Rentals
- Full refund on any cancellations 24 hours in advance of excursion start time.
- Cancelations within 24 hours will be refunded 50% of the listed price.
Exceptions:
- You will not be charged a cancellation fee if your trip is cancelled by Echo Adventure Cooperative due to weather, fire, road closures, or guide unavailability.
- You may reschedule your adventure or convert your balance into a gift card free of charge if done within 72 hours of your adventure start time.
- Your Adventure Coordinator will always work with Member-Guides as well as lodging & recreation partners to provide the largest possible refund based on your circumstances; however, we are rarely able to secure a larger refund than is stated above.
- Yelling, disrespecting or threatening your Adventure Coordinator will not result in a larger refund, so we HIGHLY recommend purchasing the easy cancelations rate, buying traveler's insurance, or using a credit card with travel protection to help take the pressure off.
- Review extortion (defined as threatening a negative review or promising a positive review in exchange for refunds or freebies) will not be tolerated and will void all refund eligibility.
