Check in Details: - Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your tour and contact us 5 minutes after your specific pick-up time if you have not yet met your driver. Please be on time. Late arrivals are non-refundable.
- Participants must weigh between 60 lbs - 275 lbs. All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to zip and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled.

Restrictions: - Participants must weigh between 60 lbs - 275 lbs. All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to zip and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled.
- Minimum Age: 6 years old
- All participants on tour are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, need to be of average mobility and strength, and in reasonably good health. - We do not recommend participation with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.
- Securable, close-toed shoes are required. Athletic shoes are recommended. (We do offer water shoes for purchase.)

- Both Coral Crater and Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii offer lockers (for a fee), shower facilities, beverages and snacks for sale.
- Life jackets are provided FREE of charge to guests who require their use at Wet 'n' Wild.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.

No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.

Guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.

Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of hazardous weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue a refund.

We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection when booking.
