Our exciting zipline course features eight exhilarating lines and a Suspension Bridge that will leave you breathless. Plus, you'll be surrounded by jaw-dropping views of waterfalls, the rainforest, and even whales during the winter season. Step into paradise and take in the best of the Big Island with Zip Isle. And that's not all - alongside our thrilling zipline experience, you can also explore the stunning Kamaee Falls and wander through acres of lush tropical gardens.
Don't worry if you have non-zipping family members - they can enjoy a leisurely stroll along our Rainforest Trail while watching you soar through the trees. And for a unique and memorable experience for all ages, don't miss out on the world's second-largest Herbaceous Maze.

Itinerary: After checking in at our guest center, gear up at the staging area and get to know your guides. Next, we load onto our transit to go up the private road to Zipline #1 which is a short starter line to get the first taste of our paradise adventure.
After flying over the first zip over the Hanapueo Gorge we take a slight walk down the trail to the other ziplines, each with their own unique character and features. After zipline #3 we cross the gorge on the exciting suspension bridge over waterfalls and rapids.
Ziplines #4 through #7 each increase in size and speed to prepare for the last 2 lines that are dual racing side-by-side zips. Zipline #8 is nearly a half mile of fun with speeds up to 50 mph that slows down as you get in the belly of the cable with a magnificent view of the secluded, pristine, 250 foot tall Kamaee Falls and the Jurassic gorge it flows through.
After you land, be sure to walk the rim to the overlook building to watch other zippers arrive and take the opportunity for photos with the waterfall you just flew over in the background. Our guides will also be taking photos that you can share with friends and family even while the tour is progressing. That's right, let them share the tour with you as you fly!
We then return to the staging area to share memories and de-gear.

What to Bring: - Sun Protection
- Closed toed shoes
- Pants or longer shorts are recommended, but not required, due to the way the harness fits to your upper thighs.
Special Requirements: - Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 or older
- Guests weighing less than 70 lbs will be taken tandem with a certified guide
Restrictions: - No pregnant guests
- No current neck or back injuries
- Access for handicapped is on a case-by-case basis for management approval required

Q: Is tipping allowed?
A: If you like the zip, feel free to tip!
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: You can cancel your reservation for 1 to 4 persons at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Groups of 5 or more require 4 days advance notice for cancellation.
Q: What happens if there are storms?
A: Zip line tours run in light rains. If there are heavy rains, lightning or strong winds, we may have to cancel a tour for safety. We will try to reschedule your tour at the earliest possible time.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for groups of 4 or fewer or at least 48 hours notice for groups of 5 or more. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Our tours are fixed times and we have very limited capacity. Although we work to increase capacity at planned dates due to known increased demand, we do not have spare capacity on demand. Due to the limited capacity, when we book your reservation others can not book that same space. Reservations cause us to turn down others that would fill that space as soon as you reserve. Therefore we have made the following limits on refunding cancellations:
