What to Wear
- Closed-toed shoes (tennis shoes or hiking boots, absolutely no sandals or flip flops allowed)
- Short Shorts or Tank tops not recommended

- Minimum weight is 65 lbs, Maximum weight is 250 lbs
- Maximum height is 6 feet 6 inches
- Pregnant guests cannot participate
- Participants must have the use of both hands & feet and have vision in at least one eye

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are charged in full at time of booking. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made a minimum of 48 hours before your reserved tour time to receive a voucher for a tour at a later time. No refunds will be given. No refunds will be given due to road conditions or road closures.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time to check-in. All adults in the party will need to show ID. Use the link above to sign the tour waiver before arrival. We must have a waiver for each participant.
Please Note: If you are traveling to Big Bear on the same day as your tour, please be advised that limited routes can dramatically increase your travel time. Please check road and traffic conditions when planning your trip. Mountain roads are typically one lane in each direction so accidents or construction can cause huge delays. Tours leave at designated times. We will do our best to work with you but we cannot delay tour departure for late arrivals. If you have any questions please call us (909) 866-0390. Late arrivals will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Waivers: Each participant must fill out a release of liability to participate in a Zipline Tour. Waivers can be signed electronically in advance using the link provided above.
Restrooms: Restrooms and free lockers are available at our departure center. Restrooms and drinking water are also available while on tour.
What to Wear: Riders should dress appropriately for outdoor activity in the mountains. Riders are required to wear securable closed-toed shoes such as tennis shoes or hiking boots. Sandals of any kind are not permitted. Short shorts and tank tops are not recommended. Long hair must be tied back and loose jewelry must be removed prior to your tour. Bags and purses must be left behind in our lockers or in your vehicle. If you require medication to travel with you, please let the office staff know and we will arrange with the tour guides to accommodate your needs. Requirements: Participants must be at least 8 years old, weigh at least 65 lbs and cannot exceed the maximum weight of 250 lbs. The maximum height allowed is 6’6”. All participants will be discreetly weighed upon check-in. Participants must be in good health to participate in this tour. You must be able to hold both hands overhead, stand on a stool unaided, descend stairs and slow yourself using a glove to create friction on the cable. You must have vision in at least one eye. Pregnant guests may not participate. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you. Participants not meeting requirements upon check-in will not be refunded. Please review all requirements prior to booking your tour.
Each Zipline tour must have a minimum of 4 participants in order to operate. If your party has less than 4 people please be aware that your tour time and date is subject to change so we can group parties to meet the 4 participant minimum. This usually only occurs during our winter season.
Smoking, vaping, tobacco, chewing gum, and music player use is prohibited. You may not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescription medications that may limit your abilities. You will be expected to follow guides’ instructions. For safety reasons, guests who choose or are not able to follow instructions will be asked to discontinue the tour.
Gratuities: At the end of your tour, if you felt that your tour guides did an outstanding job, tipping is appreciated. The amount is entirely a personal preference, however as a guideline $10 USD per person can be used.

The credit cardholder must be present upon check-in and will be asked to show valid ID and the credit card used to reserve the tour. The cardholder need only be present at check-in and does not need to go on the tour. This does not apply to reservations paid with gift certificates/gift cards.

Purchasing Trip Protection allows you to cancel your tour for any reason up to 24 hours prior to your tour start time. You will be refunded the amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and booking fees, according to the following schedule:
- Cancellations made 72 or more hours in advance - 100% refund (minus fees).
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance - 75% refund (minus fees).
- Same day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Trip Protection cannot be purchased for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. Please call us directly for all tour cancellations.
Action Zipline Tours is open year-round, rain, snow or shine. Bring appropriate outerwear for the weather, and a sense of adventure! In the event that your tour is postponed due to extreme conditions, you will be rescheduled or offered a rain check to be redeemed at a later time. No refunds will be given. Advance notice of postponements may not always be possible. If your tour is cancelled while you are ziplining, you will be given a prorated refund for any elements that you were not able to complete.
